The Kingston AreaTown & Country Studio Tour 2008 APPLICATION FEE: 2008 Application Fee: $225 APPLICATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY MARCH 31 2006 PREVIOUS TOUR MEMBERS: 1. Fill out application form and send online from the tour website. 2. Image for brochure/website: MUST be digital format (300 dpi @ 4”x6”) on CD. Include a text file with a description of your work on the CD. Label CD with your name & phone number. NO SLIDES or PHOTOS. If you want your CD returned to you, please include a self addressed stamped envelope. 3. Make cheque payable to ‘Town & Country Studio Tour’. 4. MAIL the CD & cheque to: Dominik Back - 3261 Holleford Rd. RR # 1 Hartington, ON. K0H 1W0 JURY DEADLINE: FRIDAY MARCH 31 2006 NEW APPLICANTS: ALL NEW APPLICANTS MUST BE JURIED. 1. For the jury: Please submit the following: a) At least 1 actual piece of your artwork b) At least 5 images of your artwork on a CD. (300 dpi @ 4”x6”) Include a text file with a description of your work on the CD. Label your CD with your name and phone number. If you want your CD returned to you, please include a self addressed stamped envelope. c) Artist’s CV, bio and artists statement. d) Cheque payable to ‘Town & Country Studio Tour.’ e) If you have been recommended to the tour by a current tour member artist please indicate this on your application form. 3. Call first to arrange a suitable time, then drop off your artwork, CD, cheque and artists info to: Sally Chupick – 2611 UNITY ROAD, ELGINBURG, ON. phone# 531-4545 Your application will be reviewed after the deadline by the jury team. After jury is complete you will be notified by email and also by letter of the outcome of the jury process, and will receive notification no later than April 30, 2006. If you are accepted, you will be contacted about placement, and your artwork can be collected. If your work is NOT accepted, your artwork, images and cheque are returned when you pick them up. New applicants usually are placed as guest artists for their first year of the tour, showing their work in existing studios. *DISCLAIMER –Town & Country Studio Tour members will not be responsible for any loss or damage of CD’s/artwork while in our possession for brochure layout & jury process.
